- Pay deductions:
- All deductions required by law will be made from the worker’s paycheck. Social security, federal and state (if applicable) taxes will only be deducted from foreign H-2A workers upon written request. All workers are subject to reasonable repair cost of damage for the repair/replacement of tools and or equipment and the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities and vehicles if worker is shown to have caused the shortage or damage by a dishonest or willful act. This may be charged to worker after damage has occurred and upon employees written authorization to make the deduction. Workers who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence.

Work description
Workers will operate 800+ HP tractors, implements, and other farm equipment, including cutters, rakes, and balers, using GPS to plant, cultivate, harvest, and bale hay. Workers will operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack agricultural products and materials. Workers will fill, weigh, seal, and stack bags of deer corn and prepare them for storage and distribution. Workers will load and unload trucks containing corn, feed, supplies, and other agricultural materials and organize products in designated storage areas. Workers will maintain and repair fences, farm equipment, farm buildings, and roads, including landscape maintenance, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. Workers will grind feed and distribute feed to cattle during breeding and non-grazing periods, fill water troughs, and assist with administering vaccinations and medications to cattle. Workers with valid driver's licenses may operate non-CDL trucks to transport crops. Workers must have 3 months of verifiable experience operating 800+ HP tractors with GPS, be able to regularly lift 70 lbs., and be able to perform all physical requirements of the job.
