Pay deductions:

All deductions from the worker’s paycheck will be made as required by law. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. Housing: Reasonable repair cost of damage other than that caused by normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings of workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. Deductions will also be made for cleaning when necessary, in filthy conditions or disgusting circumstances. EMPLOYER FURNISHED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: The employer will furnish, without cost, all tools, supplies, or equipment required in the performance of work. Crews will be responsible for vehicles, tools and equipment assigned to them. Deductions will be taken for lost tools, misuse causing damage and destruction of tools and equipment. Vehicles must be kept clean and deductions will be made for necessary cleaning, damages, due to misuse, and reckless operation.
