Work description
Perform general livestock tasks such as feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, weighing, catching and loading animals. Examining animals to detect diseases and injuries, assisting in birthing, administering medication, vaccinations, or insecticides. Maintaining animal housing areas - cleaning stalls and sheds using disinfectant solutions, brushes and shovels. Drive trucks, tractors and other equipment to distribute feed to animals. Maintain ranch equipment.
