Pay deductions:
The following deductions that are mandatory will be made from each paycheck: All applicable Federal and State taxes that are required to be deducted from U.S. workers and/or foreign workers. Federal Income Tax Withholding will only be deducted from H-2A employee's paycheck with the consent of both the employee and the employer. In the case that an H-2A employee does not provide a Social Security Number or an IRS issued Individual Taxpayer Identification Number AND the total annual wages for the employee are over $600, the employer must deduct backup withholding of 24% from each paycheck. The following benefits may apply at employer's discretion; subsequent deductions are voluntary and will be made from each paycheck if they are agreed upon by both parties and pre-authorized by the worker: Health Insurance Premiums, Retirement Plan Contributions, Wireless Phone plan, Cable/Satellite TV, Internet or other services primarily for the worker's convenience and b... Work description

Precondition and maintain cattle: Monitor birthing of baby calves, hay all cattle, haul water to cattle, mix feed, monitor health, vaccinate, rotate cattle between pastures. Operate feed truck/pay loader. Clean pens, maintain fence. Manure hauling. May haul cattle to market. Handling live cattle and feed trucks. Maintain facilities of feed yard. Assist with daily chores. Assist with green house duties and activities. Weed, hoe, plant, pick, wash, and crate vegetable crops. Stake and transplant crops. Work in the greenhouse planting, filling soil, and watering. Load and unload trucks during farmer's market days. Clean up fields by pulling up old plants, plastic mulch, and drip irrigation tape. Move irrigation pipes if needed. Use hoes to pick produce. & other related Farmworker, Livestock activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
