Pay deductions:
The employer will make the following deductions from the Worker's wages: FICA taxes, Medicare, Local, State (if applicable) and Federal Income tax as required by law. Workers will be charged for the following: cash advances and repayment of loans, meals (if applicable) repayment of over payment of wages to the worker, recovery of any loss to the employers due to workers damage (beyond normal wear and tear), or loss of equipment or housing items if shown the worker is responsible. and any other charges expressly authorized by the Worker inwriting. If the employee voluntarily purchases items from the employer it will be at cost and not result in a profit for the employer. FICA, State and Federal taxes will not be deducted from those worker ’s wages that are working under a temporary, agricultural visa, unless it’s discovered it is required or if the worker request withholding and the employer agrees to do so as stated by the IRS.

Work description

Crops: Potatoes Leveling, ag equipment operators, box repair, sorting, planting, harvesting, bagging, stacking, cultivating, sweeping, cleaning shops, field preparation, picking sticks, ag equipment maintenance, rock picking, raking, lifting potato cartons, monitoring sizing equipment, maintaining irrigation, power washing, and ag building maintenance. Workers will frequently lift items weighing up to 75 lbs., and any lifting over 75 lbs. will require a team.
