- Employer will make all deductions required by law. Employer will make all deductions in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state law. Other deductions may be made if expressly authorized by the worker in writing.

Work description
Temporary, seasonal workers needed for crawfish farm. Duties include crawfishing in boats, catching crawfish, performing crawfishing duties in fields; cutting bait, service and maintain crawfish boat (oil, gas, wash, repair); set, repair, maintain crawfish traps; pickup and clean bait area; sack and load/unload crawfish; maintain levees and water daily; maintain grass; cut weeds, spray, clean and maintain area around shop and near boat; general farm maintenance and cleanup. Job involves extensive pushing, pulling, and walking; exposure to extreme temperatures; minimum 3 months experience in similar position. Base hours offered is 40 hours offered; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season; higher wage may be paid based on experience.
