Work description

Manage agricultural and land stewardship practices; operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as alfalfa, proso millet; Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required; Build soil through composting; Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help during planting and harvesting; Build agricultural structures; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures as well as farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment; Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Must speak and understand English.
